At this time, Celestial Law Group has temporarily paused all clothing and merchandise sales.
We are not currently accepting orders for any physical products, including apparel or branded merchandise. As a result:
- No new merchandise purchases can be made through our website
- Refunds or returns for merchandise are not applicable during this period
- Any previously placed orders (if applicable) will continue to be honored in accordance with the terms in place at the time of purchase
We reserve the right to resume merchandise sales at any time without prior notice. When sales resume, this policy will be updated accordingly.

At Celestial Law Group, we provide an initial point of contact at no cost, allowing prospective clients to present their matter and receive a preliminary response.

Should you wish to proceed beyond this stage, a $200 consultation fee will apply for a comprehensive evaluation of your matter.
This consultation includes:
- A detailed review of the facts and supporting information
- A considered preliminary assessment
- Strategic insight into potential legal pathways
Please note, submission of the consultation fee does not establish an attorney-client relationship nor guarantee representation. Any formal engagement will be subject to a separate written agreement.
Celestial Law Group reserves the right to amend its fee structure at its discretion. All fees will be clearly disclosed prior to the commencement of any paid services.
Overview
We do not have a refund or a return policy. If less than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we may be able to send you a replacement clothing item depending on the circumstances.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have a serious color or quality defect. It must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being replaced. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, books, or non clothing items cannot be replaced. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Book with obvious signs of use

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once you have sent proof of damage and/or product defect, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your proof and are reviewing it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You may also receive a refund in the way of store credit, a gift card, or coupon code.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@celestial5.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your order. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
